- Take 1 Tbsp Coriander Chutney
- Take 1 Tsp Pomegranate Seeds
- Get 1 Tsp Fresh Coriander
- Make ready 1 Tsp Nylon Sev
- Prepare 3-4 pieces Ginger
- Make ready For Fruit Chaat
- Get Teaspoon Kala Namak
- Take 1/2 Teaspoon Kali Mirch
- Take 1/2 Teaspoon Chaat Masala
- Get 1/2 Teaspoon Bhuna Jeera/Roasted Cumin Powder
- Get 1 Teaspoon Lemon Juice
- Get 3 Cup Fruits, like bananas, grapes,pomegranate seeds apples, pears etc
Steps to make #Bhalla Papadi Chaat:
- For bhallas Soak Urad Dal for 6 to 8 hours. - Add water and grind into fine paste. - Add Hing, Salt and Ginger and Green Chilli Paste to the paste and mix well. - Heat Oil. - Take small ball size of this mix and leave in oil.
- Deep fry on medium until golden brown. - Soak in cold water for 15 minutes.
- For Papri Chaat - Take yogurt in a bowl. - Add Water, Black Salt and Sugar. Whisk to blend everything well. - Dip Papris in this yogurt for 20 seconds. Dont leave it for too long or else the papris will get soggy.
- For Bhalla Papadi Chaat - Make a bed of soaked Papris. - Crush a Bhalla on it. - Add two layers of yogurt. - Add some boiled Potatoes.
- Add some boiled Channa. - Add Black Salt, Red Chilli Powder and Roasted Cumin Powder. - Add Sweet Tamarind Chutney and Coriander Chutney.
- Repeat the layers of Yogurt, Black Salt, Red Chilli Powder, Roasted Cumin Powder, Sweet Tamarind Chutney and Coriander Chutney.
- Add few Pomegranate Seeds, Fresh Coriander and Nylon Sev - Finally top it with thinly sliced Ginger. - Enjoy this delicious mouth watering and filling snack any time.Fill some ready to fry golgappas with chopped potatoes,Chutneys,Curd and pomegranate seeds and serve with Chaat.
- For Fruits Chaat Dice all the fruits. I have used 2 bananas, 1 apple, 1 pear and pomegranate seeds.You can add any fruit of your choice.
- Mix the fruits in a bowl and add Kala Namak, Kali Mirch, Chaat Masala and Roasted Cumin Powder. Also sprinkle 1 tsp lemon juice.
- Mix all the ingredients together. Fruit Chaat is ready. Refrigerate for 10 mins and serve it chilled.
