  1. Soak Tamarind in lukewarm water for about half an hour.Then crush the pulp with hands and sieve the purée.
  2. Pound the cumin seeds, black salt and amchur in a mortar with pestle. Grind the mint leaves and coriander leaves with sufficient water into a smooth paste.
  3. Add the lemon juice and pounded masala and mix well. Put ice cubes in two tall glasses. Divide the concentrate equally and top up with soda.
  4. Mix well. garnish with boondi and dry mint powder.
  5. Serve immediately.Very useful beverage for summer season.
