  8. Make some balls of the dough.
  9. Take a ball, make a very thin roti like shape.
  10. With the help of biscuit cutter or a small glass with sharp edge

  12. Spread all bataashe in a plate and cover with lightly wet cloth.
  13. Make all bataashe with the same process.
  14. Mean while frying could be done.
  15. Put 5 or 6 bataashe one by one in hot oil, slightly push them with kalchi.
  16. Firstly, the flame should be medium high but after that frying should be done on low flame.
  17. Until they be became golden brown or crispy.
