- Now add salt and turmeric only and put peppers

- Now add fried potatoes and all the spices left
- Cover the utensil for 5 minutes and uncover it until peppers looks very soft
- Now in the end put both sauces and turn the gas off.
- Optional garnish with green onions to decorate and make it more flavorful
