  1. Palak dho kar aik alag bartan main boil kar lein or grind kar lyn.

  3. Jab onion pink ho jaye tu meathi daal dyn or sath hi salt, chilli, turmeric, coriander powder daal kar achi tarha fry karay.
  4. Ab koftay fry karay achi tarha.
  5. Ab grinded palak daal dyn.or sath 2 glass pani bhi dal dyn.
  6. Jab palak pak jaye or oil nikal aaye to ginger,green chilli or cardamom powder daal kar thora sa pkayn.
  7. Ab aik cup milk daal dyn or oil nikal janay tak pkayn.Palak tyar hai.
  8. Pulao ke leya aik onion fry karayn sath hi sabut garam masala daal dyn. Pyaz brown ho jaye tu zeera daal Dein. Chicken daal dyn.namak bhi dal dyn.Chicken fry ho jaye tu pani daal Dein or boil honay Par chawal bhi daal dyn. Pher dum lagalyn.
