  1. Firstly I take a bowl mix all ingredients and make a kofta.heat oil and deep fry all koftas in golden brown.
  2. Now ready to palak gravy..
  3. Firstly I take a kadahi and heat it pour a 2 table spoon oil when oil is hot than add pachphoran,
  4. Now add onions and saute for 5 min,now add ginger paste,green chilli,and chopped tomatoes and mix it well.now add sabji masala, turmeric powder,salt and mix,cover it 5 min.
  5. Now add palak paste and mix well after 2 min we will add 1glass of water and cook 10 min.
  6. When grevy is thick than add all kofta balls.and butter
  7. Your spicy and delicious palak kofta with palak grevy is ready to serve.with Roti or Rice..
