- Now for tempering palak gravy : Heat ghee/butter in a pan. Add Jeera, Once it sauted add garlic paste. Saute it until light brown. Add red chilli powder, Garam Masala & salt.
- Add palak puree. Saute until thick gravy. Switch off gas.
- For serving pour hot palak gravy in a serving bowl. Place oats kofta. Garnish with cheese or grated Paneer. Enjoy
