- Now add tomato and fry them well.
- In a mixer grinder add fried onion, fried tomato, green chili, ginger, garlic and cashew and grind it well.
- Now take a pan, add oil and put it on low flame
- Add 1 pinch hing
- Now add the grind paste to the pan. Fry it well till you start seeing the oil
- Add 1 glass of water and let it boil. You can keep the gravy thick or thin as per your likings
- Your kofta gravy is ready now
- Add the gravy to the bowl.
- Cut the kofta into 2 pieces and place it on the gravy.
