  1. Apply oil on brinjal. Roast the brinjal, and peel off
  2. Heat mustard oil in a pan, and add cumin seed, mustard seed, feenel seed, fenugreek seed, and pinch of hing
  3. As seeds start splatring, add green onion.
  4. Saute 4min then add chopped tomato and mix well
  5. As tomato become soft, add all species.. mix well
  6. Saute 3-4 min. Then add meshed brinjal, mix it well.
  7. Cook it 5-6min, add boiled peas, and mix it.
  8. Began ka bharta is ready to serve.
