- Apply oil on brinjal. Roast the brinjal, and peel off
- Heat mustard oil in a pan, and add cumin seed, mustard seed, feenel seed, fenugreek seed, and pinch of hing
- As seeds start splatring, add green onion.
- Saute 4min then add chopped tomato and mix well
- As tomato become soft, add all species.. mix well
- Saute 3-4 min. Then add meshed brinjal, mix it well.
- Cook it 5-6min, add boiled peas, and mix it.
- Began ka bharta is ready to serve.
