  1. Heat pan and roast cumin seeds, fennel seeds, coriander seeds and garlic, Grint it into fine powder.
  2. In same pan roast gramflour till you get the aroma, let cool it on room temperature.
  3. Take mixing bowl and mix all ingredients (roasted gramflour, salt, red chilli powder, asafoetida, mango powder, turmeric powder, 4 tablespoons cooking oil and the powder which we grinded) make a smooth dough. keep mixture little hard not sticky or it will come out from parwal.
  4. Make single cut in parwal with the help of knife and deseed.
  5. Fill the stuffing in parwal well, keep aside for 10 minutes.
  6. Heat remaining oil on nonstick pan and shallow fry stuffed parwal from all the sides on medium low flame.
  7. Take out in plate and sprinkle chat masala on all over stuffed parwal. - Serve hot with Dal and Rice.
