Cook over low flame until the keerai is cooked and slightly wilted. Ponnanganni Keerai is called as "Dwarf Copperleaf" in English is a green variety available throughout the year.   4. Add ponnankanni leaf and salt. Close with lid and cook in medium flame for 3 to 4 minutes. Don't add water.
  5. When you are ready to switch off the flame add grated coconut and mix. Serve hot with sambar rice..
