Chicken or Murgh handi is a famous chicken curry of Pakistan and India. It is prepared with boneless chicken, tomatoes,and various spices such as fenugreek powder, all spice powder, turmeric, garlic. - Marinate chicken wt curd & salt fr 15 mnt. Cook till all the water dried.

- Add chicken, cashewnuts powder, cream mix well. Cover & cook fr 10 mintues on low flame.
- Now in a pan add butter, capsicum, onion layers, curry leaves, cummin seed, dry red chilli, fry for 2 minutes & than add it in the gravy. Your Chicken Handi is ready serve with chapati & naan.
