- Clean the mulangi keerai and chop it finely
- Heat the pan add oil, mustard seeds, urdu dal, onion and fry it for 5 min
- Now add the mulangi keerai, salt and fry it in low flame for 10-15 min
- Add grated coconut and serve it hot………….
It is known as Amaranth in English, thotakura in telugu. Mulai Keerai Poriyal is a dry curry. It is served as a side dish to rice for Lunch.
