  14. Take Pinch mushrooms powder
  15. Get 1 tsp cayenne pepper (less or more)
  16. Take Chopped tiny cilantro
  17. Get Equipments to soften the rice paper:
  18. Prepare bowl Super large
  19. Get Warm water

  5. I like to lay the tofu or shrimp first, then cucumbar, lettuce, and cilantro, or either way as you like.
  6. Then rolling the spring roll the same as you rolling the lumpia. Repeat with the same way for the rest of the ingredients. Set aside.
  7. Now working on the dipping sauce: First in a small bowl add dates and 2 tbsp of water. Microwave for 20 seconds. Smash it until it soft, you can add more 1-2 tbsp of water mixed well. And using another bowl and strain it.
  8. Add all the rest of dipping sauce ingredients into the dates mixture mixed well, and taste it.
  9. Lastly arrange the fresh spring rolls on a plate along with dipping sauce.
