Now as the oil get hot lower the flame and deep the each bread masala slices in batter and coat it well each side and slowly put it in Hot oil. Fry it from both the side in the mudium flame and as it fries crisp from both side take it out in the bowl.
  5. Serve it with tamerind jeggary chutney and green coriander chutney or catch up.
