  4. For gravy At first add oil in a pan then add chopped onions fry until golden brown then put them out of pan
  5. Then place them in a juicer add yougert all the spices for gravy mention above then make a paste
  6. Then add g.g paste in the same oil then add sabut garam. Masala and then add the paste
  7. When oil comes upward then add koftai and add half glass water cover until tenderize
  8. Then add potatoes salt and add water 2 glass and cover
  9. Then serve by garnish of corriender
