- Lightly whip the egg and sugar until smooth. Add the tofu and mix.
- Pour in the unroasted sesame oil and mix. Add the rice flour and baking powder, and mix.
- Prepare oil for deep-frying and heat to 180℃.
- Scoop the batter with a spoon, shaping it into a ball, and drop into the oil. You can drop the doughnut balls into the oil easily if you dip the spoon in water before you scoop the batter each time.
- It takes about 4 minutes to deep-fry the doughnut holes. Deep-fry 1 at first to check the temperature.
