- Boil the matumbo with ginger for one hour
- Drain the excess water and set the matumbo aside
- Add 2tablespoon of oil in hot pot and add in the chopped onions, crushed garlic and chillies
- Cook till browned and add in the spices and cook for about two minutes
- Add in the Chopped tomatoes add some water and cover to let tomatoes soften
- Crush the tomatoes with spatula,and add in the matumbo… And stir
- Let it simmer for 5-7minutes to let the meat absorb the spices
- Add in the hoho and let cook for 2minutes…add some water and stir to prevent sticking
- Finally add in the chopped spring onions and cook for about 1minute
- Add in the dhania… Stir and serve
