- Ek katori me..kewra water ya gulab jal le..usme yellow food colour or mitha atar mila le..mixer ready karein..
- Ab chawal me is mixer ko thoda thoda dal kr pure chawal me mila le…uske bad isme ghee…garam masala powder…salt..black paper dal kr pure chawal me ache se mila le.
- Ab iske upar aalu or chicken kasa ko rakhe..or dhakan band kr de..(maine chicken kasha ki recepi v post ki hai pls check)
- Ab flame on karein..uske upar ek tawa rakhe..or band kiye hue handi ko takhe..10 mint tak pakne de..slow flame par..
- Uske bad flame off kr k ise garma garam serve karein
