Steps to make Methi Corn Pilaf:
- In a cooker add oil and put whole garam masala fry till nice aroma comes.
- Then add chopped onion and stir till golden brown
- Add ginger garlic paste, tomatoes and green chilli paste cook for seconds
- Now add coriander powder, turmeric salt garam masala stir well
- Add corn and methi leaves, pudina and coriander leaves mix well
- Then add soaked rice and lemon juice. Mix well
- Now add hot water to the rice give a mix and cover with the lid
- Take two whistle.
- Your Methi Corn pilaf is ready to serve with raita.
