Take idli batter and add salt according to ur taste - Add pinch of soda in it. - Stir it very well. - Take idli stand and grease in with oil and put idli batter in it. - Put this idli stand in idli cooker. - Stem it for 10 min. - Off the gas and take out stand from it. - Let it cool down for 10 min.
  2. Now remove idlis with the help of knife. - Cut it quarterly. - Now turn on gas and put khadhai on it by adding oil in it. - Heat the oil. - Make mixer of maida, 1/2 tbsp soyasauce, 1/2 tbsp vinegar, 1/2 tbsp chilli sauce,water and salt according to ur taste.
  3. Mix it properly and make sure that no lumps should be there in it. - Put idlis 1 by 1 in this maida batter. - Deep fry all the idlis in medium flame untill it becomes little brown in colour. - Now keep it aside..
  4. Heat 1 tbsp oil in the pan. - Add onion to it and make it redish brown in colour. - After that add garlic,carrot, capsicum,cabbage,spring onion, salt, soya sauce, chilli sauce, vinegar in it. - Stir continuously on high flame for a min. - Keep it little raw for better taste.
  5. Now finally add idli Manchurian in it and mix it well. - Saute for a min on medium flame. - Now put this idli Manchurian in a plate. - Garnish it with spring onion and capsicum. - Now enjoy this delicious,mouthwatering dish with ur family friends 😃
