- Take a portion from dough,roll it like thin roti,keep aside. Now roll another thin roti place/spread stuffing all over the roti (leave the sides).Cover with another prepared roti, press gently and roll lightly with rolling pin so the stuffing will not come out.
- Heat tawa put little oil on it place rolled parantha and roast from both sides nicely, apply ghee or butter on it serve hot with curd.
