- Soak red chillies in water for 1/2 an hour.
- Wash mutton and marinate with salt, ginger garlic paste, garam masala, coriander Powder, and curd.
- Heat oil in a cooker add oil and ghee, add whole garam masala, and onion and cook till light golden brown
- Now make a paste of red chilli
- When the onion turns ll ght golden brown add marinated mutton
- Cook on high flame and stir till mutton changes colour
- Now add red chilli paste, and little turmeric and cook, if needed add little red chilli Powder.
- Add 1glass of water and take 4-5 whistle or till mutton cooks well.
- The gravy should not thick nor runny.
- Jungles mass is ready on top sprinkle coriander leaves and serve with rice or with any kind of Indian bread.
