  11. Cut the log in to 1.5 to 2 inches length, or less according to your choice. Brush with milk.
  12. Using a wooden stick or back side of a ladle make an indentation or dent in the middle of each piece.
  13. Pre heat the oven at 200 degree Celsius for 10 minutes.
  14. Place each piece of fatayer in a baking tray and place them in the middle rack of the oven.
  15. Bake them for 20 to 25 minutes or till golden brown.
