  1. Take a Dough platter and put wheat flour, oil and water in it and make a soft Dough.
  2. One your Dough is Ready, keep it aside and start preparing the stuffing.
  3. Gather all the ingredients used in making stuffing. Now, take a bowl of grated radish and add salt it and keep it for approximately 15 minutes.
  4. After 15 minutes, press it with your palm and take off it's water from it.
  5. Now, take a player and put this Radish in it. Then add ajwain, green chillies, ginger paste.
  6. Further add, salt, coriander leaf, amchoor powder and coriander powder. Mix it well.
  7. Now, take a lobe from the Dough and press it with your palm to fill stuffing in it. Add the stuffing and close it gently.
  8. Place it on pan at medium flame. Apply some oil in it. Flip it to cook both the sides properly. So, now your mooli ka Paratha is Ready.
  9. Serve it with dhaniya ki chutney and tomato ketchup.

Mooli paratha has always been one of my favorite parathas and Sarvesh loves it too so I now make it often. If you get into the technicalities of making parathas, they are all made in a similar way.
