  1. Take a bowl add dosa batter
  2. Add in dosa batter, salt, coco powder, powder sugar & vanilla essence. Mix well
  3. Add little water for nice consintancy. Mix well.
  4. In high flame heat the non - stick Tava. Few drops of oil spread on Tava.
  5. Pour a laddle full of chocolate dosa batter in the centre of the Tava & spread it evenly.
  6. Add oil the sides if needed. Close with lid. In medium flame cook in steam till turn it light golden.
  7. Open the lid and switch off the burner.
  8. Took in the plate and garnish with white chocolate syrup & coloured fennel. Ready to serve.
