  1. In a large heavy bottomed pan, add a tsp of oil along with finely chopped onions. saute till they turn translucent.
  2. Add chopped ginger and garlic and saute till the raw smell disappears.
  3. Now add chopped cabbage, beans and carrot or any veggies of your choice. saute for a minute.
  4. Add finely chopped capsicum and fry for another minute.
  5. Also add little water if require so veggies get cooked well. do not over cook the veggies. you need to enjoy the crunchy bite of veggies as well.
  6. Add 1-2 tsp chings schezwan fried rice masala and soya sauce.
  7. Add cooked rice and mix well.
  8. Keep it for 2 min on slow flame. schezwan fried rice ready to eat.
