- Prepare the base- Crush the milk bikis biscuits to a grinder to make fine powder.Then in a mixing bowl put the biscuit powder, add the room temperature butter & mix with your finger tips until the mixture resembles breadcrumbs.
- Press the mixture in a rectangle shaped glass tray & refrigerate it to set.
- Then top with tangerine segments or orange pieces.After that pour the custard & refrigerate to set.
- In the meantime make the jelly by adding gelatine powder in boiling water.Stir until dissolved.
- Pour the orange juice in the jelly mix & stir well to make orange jelly.
- Bring the custard try from refrigerator & pour the orange jelly over it.Again refrigerate for10-15 mints to set.
- Decorate with orange circles.
- Serve the beautiful, delicious orange,custard trifle chilled.
