- Take tin & Grease, add 1 tbsp Maida & dusting in tin
- Preheat the kadhai
- Cover & preheat the kadhai
- Take a bowl & Sieve. Add 1 cup maida, ½ cup sugar powder,¼ milk powder, 1 tbsp vanila custard powder, 1 tsp baking powder, ½ baking soda and ¼ tsp salt
- Sieve all ingredients
- Mix well
- Take another bowl. Add ½ cup fresh curd, ¼ cup oil, ¼ tsp vanila essence,

- Add ½ cup milk & mix well
- Add dry ingredients & mix lightly
- Add 1 tsp lemon juice & mix well
- Pour batter the tin
- Bake in preheat kadhai in 5 min on medium flame and 40 minutes in low flame
- After 45 minutes
- Cool it and remove the Cake
- Cut it
- Super soft & spongy cake is ready
