- Now cover with lid, turn the flame to lowest and turn off after 10 mins.
- Meanwhile in a mixing bowl add all the ingredients of salad and mix well.
- In another bowl add the ingredients of yoghurt and mix well.
- Open the lid of wok and mix the rice with light hands from sides.
