Steps to make Ram ladoo:
  1. Add soaked moong dal + soaked chana dal in a grinder. Also add 1/2 inch Ginger +2-3 chopped green chillies + 3-4 tablespoon chopped Coriander leaves 1/2 teaspoon Cumin seeds +1/4 teaspoons hing +salt as required + 3-4 tablespoon besan.
  2. Without adding any water grind semi fine or slightly coarse. Remove all the batter in a bowl and using a spoon beat it stirring in one direction for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Heat oil for frying in a kadai or pan on a medium flame. Fry the pakoras till the pakoras become golden and crisp. Remove the pakoras with a spoon and place on kitchen towel.
  4. In a bowl or plate take 3-4 pakoras. Top up with the green chutney. Then top up with the grated radish and chopped Coriander leaves. Squeeze some lemon juice and sprinkle some chaat masala.
  5. Serve hot.
