- Take rice wash properly. Take a big vessel and boil rice up-to 80%. U need to add salt also while boiling. Strain it and keep aside.
- Now take a wok. Heat. Pour oil. Heat. Stir fry all veggies on high flame for 2 to 3 min. Add Schezwan chutney. Cook for 1 min. Add boiled rice. Mix properly. Add Schezwan masala. Mix and cook for 2 to 3 min.
- Garnish with spring onion's greens.
