- Add tomato puree.
- Add dhaniya,chilli & fry for 2 mins.
- Add boiled moong & 1 cup water & mix well
- After boiled add garam masala, ½ salt & kasuri methi & mix well
- Add fresh malai & mix well.
- Add fresh coriander leaves.
