  11. Bake the cookies in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes or until the cookies start changing their colour to brown. Don't overbake them. The cookies will be darker after taking out from oven due to their inner heat.
  12. Carefully transfer the cookies with a baking sheet from the hot tray to stop the baking process.
  13. Let the cookies cool down completely before storing them to an airtight container. The cookies will be a little soft in texture. They taste really amazing.
