- Prepare 1/4 cup green moong dal

Instructions to make Masala Daliya:
- First wash and soak the green moong dal for 10mins
- In a cooker heat 1/2tbsp green roast the dry daliya
- Then add soaked green moong dal,salt and 3cups water
- Close the lid and cook till 3 whistles on medium flame.
- In a large pan heat rest of the ghee
- Add hing jeera,mustard seeds,curry leaves and ginger chilli paste
- Then add tomato and capsicum and sauté them for 3-4mins on medium flame.
- Then add cooked daliya and add water if required…mix well
- Garnish with coriander leaves
- Serve and enjoy
