  5. Take a heavy pan and add ghee.. now add mungdal paste. Stir continuously..low to medium flame.Make sure that the paste doesn't stick to the base.
  6. Cooked well still it gets nice light brown colour..
  7. Add milk and cook till all the milk is absorbed by the dal.
  8. Now add sugar.. Cook on low heat till the halwa turns brown and starts to leave ghee from sides. Keep stirring continuously during this process
  9. Now of the gas flame. Halwa is ready
  10. Garnish with almond and pistachio
