- Mix gram flour & wheat flour in 1:3 proportion,now add cumin,salt,red chilli powder in it & mix all ingredients.

- After that take a ball of dough,roll it & fill stuffing of spinach in it & roll it again

- Take mint leaves,coriander leaves,roughly chopped onions,green chilli in mixer jar.Now add salt as per taste,lemon juice,& cooking oil & make a smooth paste.It is ready.
